Colour Confuse is a game by Ryann Stevenson. These terms explain fair play and the optional online features.

Availability

The new app is in development and is not yet available through the download button on this website. Screenshots show a development version; features may change before release. When the app is distributed through Apple, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to the app licence.

Fair play

Use the game for personal enjoyment. Do not manipulate game submissions, automate ranked play, exploit errors to obtain rewards, or interfere with the service. Scores that fail validation may be excluded from rankings.

Dots and skins

Dots are earned through play. They are virtual game rewards, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. The current app has no in-app purchases. Skins are cosmetic.

Your progress

Guest progress is held on your device and may be lost if the app or its data is removed. Optional account features depend on network access and service availability. Deleting an account permanently removes its cloud progress. Keep access to the Apple account used to sign in.

Updates and service changes

The game may receive updates, balance changes and maintenance. Online services may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted online access. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
